No we ship product only within India, but the delivery charges will depend on the location. Please contact us by email so that we can guide throughout the process. Kindly enter your pin code to check whether the product can be delivered to your location. If the pin code is not feasible kindly contact our help desk.

Arqonz items are delivered through trusted courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

We can only cancel or change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is been “shipped” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

We  accept returns in terms of the following conditions:

– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
– The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
To ask for a return, please contact our support using our helpdesk.

Returns are confirmed within 15 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 7-8 business days  hours to process it for delivery.

yes the warranty will be provided and it 0covers defects in materials and workmanship.  It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. Specific product warranty information can be found on the product support page.
