Terms & Conditions for Arqonz.com

• Age of Majority: You must be at least 18 years of age or competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account or transact on Arqonz.com.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including your name, email address, phone number, and business details).

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and OTPs. Any activity under your registered credentials will be deemed authorized by you.

• One Account Policy: Users and entities must not create fraudulent, duplicate, or impersonated accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.

• Intermediary Platform: Arqonz acts as an online digital marketplace and intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, facilitating connections between buyers, material suppliers, architects, engineers, contractors, and real estate developers.

• Independent Contracts: Commercial agreements, purchase contracts, service agreements, and deliverables between buyers and registered vendors/professionals are independent bilateral agreements between those parties.

• Material & Service Accuracy: While Arqonz enforces verification procedures, vendors and professionals remain directly responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, quotes, licenses, certifications, and project deliveries.

Users agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent enquiries, spam, misleading reviews, or artificial rating manipulations.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary blueprints/designs of Arqonz or other users.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with platform security and architecture.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data, pricing lists, or proprietary database records without explicit written permission.
• Engage in abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful communication on the platform.

• Pricing & Availability: All material prices, quotes, and delivery timelines are subject to market fluctuations, vendor confirmation, and geographic availability.

• Quotes & Estimations: Estimates provided via online calculators or BOQ tools are for planning and estimation purposes. Binding purchase agreements occur upon vendor order confirmation and issuance of formal invoices.

• Taxes & Levies: Prices indicated may be exclusive of GST, delivery, unloading, or transit insurance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the commercial quote.

• The Arqonz name, logos, platform UI/UX design, software code, calculators, databases, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Arqonz Global Pvt Ltd.

• Content, portfolios, and architectural project images uploaded by registered professionals remain their intellectual property; by uploading, you grant Arqonz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and index this content on the platform.

• Arqonz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• In no event shall Arqonz Global Pvt Ltd or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of vendor fulfillment delays, site execution disputes, material defects, or third-party service failures.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

• Any disputes, legal claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
